Science

At Bentley Heath, we want our children to be naturally curious about the world around them, throughout their time at school and beyond. We use the Ark curriculum to support learning as it provides our children with a knowledge-rich curriculum to deepen and challenge thinking. Throughout our school, children are encouraged to develop and use a range of working scientifically skills including questioning, investigating, classifying, researching and observing in order to embed their knowledge. We recognise that our children are growing up in an increasingly scientific and technological world. We aim to equip all children with the scientific knowledge and skills required to understand the uses and implications of science, today and for the future.
